shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY:


-We strive to ship all of our order the same day that we receive them (except Sundays).

-If there is a problem with an unavailable item or an incorrect address we will contact you before we ship.

-We ship via USPS and UPS. Most of our orders are shipped via priority mail which is usually 2-3 days to domestic addresses. This means that once you place your order with us you can usually expect to receive your purchase within 4 days.

-Shipping charges vary based on weight and destination but are usually between $8-$22

-We offer free local delivery to addresses within San Francisco city limits.
-We offer free shipping to most California addresses for orders over $60

-Once a package has been picked up by the courier, we are no longer responsible for transit times. You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation and you can track your package there. During COVID the carriers have faced unprecedented numbers of shipments and they have experienced some delays so please plan accordingly.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:

We charge standard shippings rates based on USPS and UPS calculations for international shipments. 

Please be sure to check in your local area to see about any additional import duties, fees, taxes or tariffs on shipments coming from the US. 

We are NOT responsible for additional fees charged per a particular country's fee schedule.
